A man of change, eh? More like a”Man of preaching the same tired, race-baiting, leftist elitist propaganda that has been around for the past 30 years”. I guess what I’m trying to say is that he’s pretty much a liar and the rest of the country is failing right along with him.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane shall we?
I don’t want to rip on Nice Deb since she is the one that did all the google-fu to find all of this stuff, so if you want the whole story then click over to her, but I’ll just do a quick summary of her bolds in one big quote.
Obama on collectivism - But individual actions, individual dreams, are not sufficient. We must unite in collective action, build collective institutions and organizations.”
Obama on Black Churches - Obama again spoke of the need to organize and mobilize the economic power and moral fervor of black churches.
Obama on the Christian Right - “The right wing, the Christian right, has done a good job of building these organizations of accountability, much better than the left or progressive forces have. But it’s always easier to organize around intolerance, narrow-mindedness, and false nostalgia.
I’m gonna go ahead and stop right there because I just want to take the time to say “Obama? How about sucking on a big rotten egg” will ya? Seriously, that last bit about the Christian-Right almost made me laugh out loud. Who is the one preaching and living with intolerance and narrow-mindedness? Surely, The illustrious Jerimiah Wright has only spoken in words that sought to unite and grow the community as a whole…right? Riiiiight?
Oh wait, thats right, he’s actually a race baiting bigot who preached about government conspiracies against the black community and said inflammatory phrases like “G– D— America” and “The United States of the KKK”. Oh, what about his love of Louis Farrakhan? I guess that just throws him in there with the loving crowd now does it.
Speaking of Farrakhan, guess who else was in the Million Man March! Barack Obama.
He then went on a rant about how the Million Man march was a good thing and how it was so moving and powerful, but instead of just going along with it he couldn’t even be happy just walking down the street. Nooooo…he had to complain some more.
These are mean, cruel times, exemplified by a ‘lock ‘em up, take no prisoners’ mentality that dominates the Republican-led Congress.
and
white Americans couldn’t care less about the profound problems African-Americans are facing.”
Blame Whitey! and the Republicans!
It’s all about change people. Either that or he’s just a big fat lying racist and I’m betting on the latter.
